We are now live with Electronic Prescribing (EPS2). If you wish to make use of this service please obtain and complete a nomination form (PDF, 95KB) and take it to the pharmacy of your choice. Please do not return this form to the practice. The pharmacy chosen can be local to your home or place of work or other convenient location. Once a pharmacy has been nominated any items sent electronically will go to this pharmacy. If you are new to the area and have previously nominated a pharmacy elsewhere please consider if this needs to be changed or you may find your repeat medication goes to the wrong place. If you have previously nominated a particular pharmacy to collect your prescriptions, you will now need to indicate on the form that you will be using electronic prescribing in future. This process should speed things up and prevent the need for that pharmacy to collect from the surgery.
