Appointments

Key information about our appointments service:

  • Urgent and routine appointments can now be booked on the day.

  • For booking online, appointments are released at 8am and 12pm each day Monday to Friday. Once those appointments have been allocated, you will need to wait for the next release time.

  • There are also some pre-bookable appointments.

  • ALL appointment requests will be triaged by a Clinician in order to direct patients to the appropriate member of the clinical team.

  • visit reception in person

When booking an appointment, please provide as much information as possible about the nature of your problem/concern so it can be allocated to the most appropriate clinician.

You will be given an appointment with a GP, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Physician Associate or one of our Practice Pharmacists.

You should still call for Nurses appointments, immunisations, mother and baby checks etc.

In addition to these services, the Practice also has a Health and Wellbeing Coach, Social Prescribing Link Worker and Physiotherapist - please phone for more information.


The GP CPCS (GP Community Pharmacy Consultation Service)

The GP CPCS (GP Community Pharmacy Consultation Service) is also now up and running. So you can call and for some ailments you can get an appointment with a pharmacist at a local chemist. This referral service is only available up to 12pm
