Comments & Complaints

We welcome your suggestions and comments about any aspect of the service we offer you. There is a general comments book available at reception or alternatively you can address these specifically to our Practice Manager or Assistant Practice Manager as appropriate. Items left in the comments book will not necessarily generate a direct response and this book is not for making formal complaints.

If you feel that you need to make a complaint about the service we have provided to you, please put the details in writing to the Practice Manager; it will be fully investigated and responded to in writing at the earliest opportunity.
