Patient Survey 2015

Thank you to all those patients who completed a survey for us in 2015.

There was a huge increase in the number of completed surveys which was assisted by members of our Patient Participation Group who attended the practice to help patients complete the survey whilst waiting to be seen. There is an analysis of the survey results together with a report and action plan which has also been seen and agreed by our Patient Participation Group.

NHS Sutton CCG GP Patient Survey

Please see HERE for a publication made in January 2016 (PDF, 2.18MB) following data received from patients between January 2015 and September 2015. In NHS Sutton CCG 8103 questionnaires were sent out, 3052 were returned, giving a response rate of 38%.
