7th April and 12th May 10am to 1pm for us to be there for BP and BMI checks at your surgeries.

You are invited Health and Wellness check sessions, where we have Community Health Navigators to do a BP & BMI check on you on the dates above.

You don't need to book -just turn up in the session times.
