Congratulations – to our team led by Dr Munden who last week won at the General Practice Awards 2017 ‘Clinical Team of the Year – Long Term Conditions’.  They were also finalists for Clinical Team of the Year – Diabetes.  An amazing achievement for your diabetes project, well done everyone involved.  Please see here for team photograph.
